Name: From Surviving to Thriving: Building Resilience to Enhance Satisfaction in Your Work and Reduce the Risk of Burning Out
Date: June 29, 2018
Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EDT
Event Description:

Studies show several of the qualities that bring many of us to the human services field (i.e. empathy, compassion, etc.) are the very same that put us at high risk of developing job burnout. In this workshop, we will explore ways to keep enthusiasm for our work alive while protecting against the traps that so often lead to burnout. This workshop is appropriate for all agency staff, regardless of role, who are interested in learning skills to enhance their well-being.
