Based in New Haven, Connecticut, The Hurley Group is a real estate development and property management firm with over one million square feet of commercial and residential properties in New Haven and Fairfield counties. Our portfolio includes properties ranging from historic to new construction, each with its own unique personality and amenities.

The Hurley Group is a multi-generational, family owned firm started in the 1960’s by Murray Goldblum, former President of Stamford Wrecking Company. His son David took over operations in the 1990's and spearheaded the expansion of the company’s portfolio beyond its initial concentration in Stamford, Connecticut. Since then, The Hurley Group has acquired and developed office, industrial/flex, retail and mixed use properties throughout the State.
